What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is a principle strength and conditioning program that is designed for children of all ages to meet their special developmental needs. By design, CrossFit Kids is...

Broad – CrossFit Kids addresses a wide variety of skills necessary for the well-rounded development of children.

Inclusive – CrossFit Kids includes all components of fitness as well as additional components of wellness and development which address the specific developmental need of children such as neurological, cognitive, and motor skill development.

General – CrossFit Kids does not specialize. The program supports specialization required of athletics, but rewards the generalist. This makes the program excellent for children of all ages and abilities. It is important for children to be able to run, jump, push/pull, climb, and throw effectively whether they are on the playground or on the athletic field.

FUN - CrossFit Kids is, most importantly, enjoyable for the child. Participating in various exercises and games with their friends is both exciting and beneficial for them. No two days are exactly the same. This makes every class as enjoyable as the first. Best of all they will be getting in great shape while having a good time.
