Power Snatch (75#/45#) 
Box Jumps (24"/20") 
Thrusters (75#/45#) 
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups 
 
"Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. One minute at each station, with a minute rest between rounds. Score is total reps.
